- The subject of the public contract is the following performance (hereinafter also “Services”): • Partial performance A - assessment of heating systems and air conditioning systems • partial performance B - ensure control of heating systems and air conditioning systems. The services will be provided in accordance with Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Energy Act” Act) and its implementing decrees valid and effective at the time of the service. Services will be provided on buildings owned by the Olomouc Region listed in the tender documentation. The specifications and scope of the services provided are specified in the Contract for the Provision of System Control Services. For more see Zd.
