Description: The subject of this public contract is to ensure comprehensive delivery and distribution of medicinal products containing vaccines for regular vaccinations for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2025, in accordance with Decree No. 537/2006 Coll., On vaccination against infectious diseases, As amended, according to the antigenic composition of the vaccines established by the Ministry of Health under the Public Health Act (hereinafter referred to as "vaccines") by a selected supplier (distributor), the vaccines supplied shall be paid under specified conditions of public health insurance undertakings Accordingly, Act No. 48/1997 Coll., On Public Health Insurance, as amended.
