- The subject of the public contract is: a) collection and removal of mixed municipal waste b) collection and transfer for further use of separated components of mixed municipal waste c) collection and transfer for further use of biodegradable components of mixed municipal waste d) collection and removal of hazardous materialsmunicipal waste check e) extraordinary collection f) operation of collection yards. It is specified in more detail in Annex No. 1 a) and b) of the tender documentation (Unpriced itemized budget). The unpriced itemized budget, which forms Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation, is divided into two tables a) and b). In table a) pitems for collection and removal of waste, including the transition to D2D settlements (for approximately the first two years of performance from the conclusion of the contract). Table b) shows the items for waste collection and removal after the transition to D2D (for the following years of performance after the transition to D2D). During the performance of the subject of this public contract,the supplier will gradually switch to a door-to-door waste collection system. The supplier will carry out the activities specified in the draft contract according to the instructions of the contracting authority, i.e. until the transition to the door-to-door system according to Appendix No. 1 a) of the procurement documentation and from the transition according to Appendix No. 1 b) of the procurement documentation. In a hurryduring the day period in which the collection will be implemented partly according to both systems, the supplier will report activity according to the actual implementation. The client has the right to determine and change the locations and frequency of pickups. The supplier will ensure the operation of the collection yards.
