Description of the contract: before the public custom is ensured by a comprehensive system of waste loading on the grounds of the city (only "contracting authority"), including large and dangerous waste in accordance with valid prescriptions of the Czech Republic It is for the selected supplier to ensure that the contracting authority is fulfilled for the contracting authority, which shows from the law of 541/2020 Coll., On waste and on some other arrivals, in the later prescriptions, and according to the relevant prescriptions, especially p. 273 /2021 Coll. pubs.
