Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to ensure regular cleaning services in the premises of the contracting authority according to the conditions set out in Annex 3 of this tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD") - the draft contract and in accordance with the detailed description of the work - the specifications of the cleaning work and the frequency of cleaning, whichIt is annexed to 3.1 of this Zd. The subject of performance is also the supply and use of cleaning, disinfectant and maintenance products, cleaning machines, tools and materials for operation (soap, toilet paper, napkins, etc.). The contracting authority in accordance with § 37 para. d) of the ZZVZ set a condition according towhich 50% of the value accounts for environmentally friendly means, see below.Filled directly by the selected supplier. These important activities will not be fulfilled through a subcontractor.
The contracting authority in accordance with § 105 para. (b) ZZVZ requires a list of subscribers if they are known to the supplier of the tendering procedure.
