- The subject of this public contract is to be obliged to provide the contractor for the contracting authority consisting of providing catering at events of the contracting authority organized on 25 and 28 October 2024 on the premises of Prague Castle. On October 25, 2024, it will be the provision of catering services at a meeting with the diplomatic corps, while the meeting is planned for 200 people. On October 28, 2024, it will be the provision of catering services for a meeting on the occasion of a public holiday, and this meeting is planned for 2000 people. The event will be divided into an evening meeting for 200 people and a reception for these 200 people and another 1800 guests, ie the reception will be a total of 2000 people. Within the subject of performance, the selected supplier will also be provided by the operating and supporting staff, at a minimum number of 100, which will also include min. 15 pupils or students from a vocational school or schools. Last but not least, the subject of performance and the provision of inventory for the above services is, ie. In particular, the provision of glass, porcelain, cutlery, gastro containers and gastro textiles (including variations of decorations) in sufficient quantities corresponding to the range of the action.
