Description: The subject of the public contract is the acquisition of a new building or a set of buildings, a building or a set of buildings in the Prague 6 district, which will serve as a primary school with a capacity of up to 800 pupils for the Sedlec, Podbaba and Bubeneč area (hereinafter "primary school").
As part of the performance of the Public Contract, the Contractor is obliged to secure the land or plots of land for the location of the primary school building, to provide complete project documentation and all permits for construction. After the complete completion of the building and its approval, the ownership right to the real estate (to the building together with the land or lands) will be transferred to the contracting authority, resp. into the ownership of the Capital City of Prague.
