Description:
The purpose of this public contract is to conclude framework agreements within the meaning of Section 131 An. ZZVZ for fulfilling the subject of the public contract, the binding pattern of which is Annex 1a Annex 2 of the tender documentation. With regard to the nature of the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract, the public contract is divided into two areas, andThis is to measure track athletic races and for measuring non -blue athletic races. According to the contracting authority, the distribution of the contract will allow the participation of a wider range of potential suppliers, which may contribute to the lower price for the demanded performance.
Each framework agreement will be closed with 1 (one) selectedSupplier, which will offer for the relevant part of the public contract and whose offer will be evaluated as economically the most advantageous based on the evaluation of the offers made below in this tender documentation, according to the lowest offer price, taking into account the quality criteriaThe provisions of § 116 para. (e) ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement" or "Framework Agreement").
