Description: The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to provide for the Czech Republic as the owner of the building no. 950 standing on land parc. No. 301/1 and buildings No. 1024, standing on the plot parc. No. 302/2, cadastral of Žižkov, Municipality of Prague, including their components and accessories (hereinafter referred to as "real estate") and the SPU as a user with authorization to manage the following activities:
(a) the performance of administration and operation of these properties;
(b) ensuring the operation of equipment (gas boiler rooms in buildings “A” I B ”) for the production and distribution of heat and hot water at the SPU headquarters;
(c) ensuring document shredding;
d) Performing normal maintenance (minor repairs of equipment, including locksmithing, minor moving work) and other activities related to the operation of the property
