- Pursuant to § 35 and § 101 of the Act, the contracting authority divided the public contract into two parts, namely:
1) PART 1 - Ensuring the activities of the TDI
2) PART 2 - Ensuring the activities of the OSH coordinator
The subject of part 1 of this public contract is the performance of all necessary and usual engineering and other activities of the person performing the activityconstruction supervision of the builder (or technical supervision of the investor or just TDI) on the construction site in the number of at least 2 people for the building called "Modernization of Pavilion M"
The subject of part 2 of this public contract is the performance of all necessary and usual activities for the position of health and safety coordinator on the construction site innumber of at least 1 person for the building named "Modernization of pavilion M"
A detailed description of the subject of the performance of the public contract is given in point 4 of the procurement documentation and further in the individual annexes of the procurement documentation (primarily within the framework of the drafts of the mandate contracts, which are annex no. 2a and 2b of thistender documentation).
The contracting authority informs that the participants in the procedure can submit their offer both in part 1 or in part 2, and in both parts of the public contract at the same time. The contracting authority informs that participants can submit only one offer for each part.
In this context, the contracting authority expressly statesstates that if a participant in the procurement procedure submits bids for both parts of the tender, each submitted bid must contain the components of the bid specified by law and the contracting authority, i.e. always Cover sheet of the offer, documents to prove qualifications, draft contract, etc.
