- The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is complete provision of accommodation, catering and other services for participants in adaptation courses organized by the contracting authority as part of a project co -financed by the European Union from the Operational Program Jan Amos Comenius, the name of the project Implementation of the Long -term Plan PardubiceRegions, project registration number CZ.02.02.xx/00/23_018/0012534 (hereinafter referred to as "OP as"). The subject of performance of part 3 of the public contract is to provide accommodation, catering and other services for participants in adaptation courses, pupils of SOŠ and SOU Polička and pupils of the Secondary School Technical Vysoke Myto and Pedagogical Staff,In the camp type (brick building with rooms/cottages, etc.), all according to the requirements of the contracting authority listed further in this tender documentation. The total expected number of participants is 226 pupils and 24 pedagogical staff in each year of implementation of adaptation courses. The expected number of participants forIndividual secondary schools are listed within Annex 1c of the tender documentation. Dates in 2025: 3. 9. - 5. 9., 17. 9 - 19. 9. and 23. 9 - 25. 9. - 15. 10. 2026 and 1. 9. - 15. 10. 2027. Specific dates of individual adaptationThe courses in 2026 and 2027 will be determined on the basis of agreement between the contracting authority and the supplier; Length of each adaptation course: 3 days, expected arrival on the first day in the morning until about 10:00 am, expected departure on the third day after lunch.Closer definition of the subject of performance is included in Annex 1c of the tender documentation and in the draft contract on the provision of services (Annex 5 of the tender documentation).hotel
