Description: The subject of performance is the obligation of the bailiff to carry out execution activities consisting in the management of the execution in favor of the ÚZSVM, when the distraint is submitted (or enters the procedural side of the legitimate) in enforcement of ÚZSVM receivables and to enforce the claims of other organizational units. The obligation enshrines the most basic and steeful contractual conditions, such as compliance with Act No. 120/2001 Coll., On bailiffs and execution activities (Enforcement Code) and on amendments to other Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “ER”) time, description of steps when sending a notice of termination of execution, screening of relevant facts, sending overviews for the needs of territorial workplaces and introducing special rules of communication.
