Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of thermal insulation of the building envelope including the replacement of the openings and the assembly of the facade clock, the repair of the roof including the design of the lightning conductors, the installation of air conditioning and photovoltaics, installation of outdoor blinds, interior layout and waterproofing, lift construction, storage house construction paved areas and fencing, on the premises of the Elementary Art School Leoš Janáček, Ostrava-Vítkovice, contributory organizations, at Lidická 56/507, 703 00 Ostrava-Vítkovice. Part of the subject of the public contract does not include the implementation of the relocation of the underground network of the LV company ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. (see SO06) and relocation of underground communication management of CETIN a.s. (see SO07). The detailed definition of the subject of the Public Procurement, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the Annexes of the tender documentation.
