- The subject of the performance of the public order is the delivery of an industrial machine - a CNC turning and milling center, while further details and exact specifications of the subject of performance are given in Annex No. 1 of the Contract, which is the draft contract, and in Annex No. 2 of the Contract, which is the technical specification (hereinafter also referred to as ("Technical Specification").
Part of the participant's offer must also include a completed and signed sworn statement on the fulfillment of the technical parameters of the offered performance (Appendix No. 5 ZD), which, when completed for the purposes of the offer, forms Annex No. 1 of the purchase contract, within which the exact designation manufacturer and type of the offered object of performance so that the object of performance is properly identified. (Note: the supplier documents only once as Annex No. 1 of the contract).
