• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the delivery of an industrial machine - a CNC turning and milling center, while further details and exact specification of the subject of performance are given in Annex No. 1 of the ZD, which is the draft contract, and in Annex No. 2 ZD, which is a technical specification (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Specification"). Part of the participant's offer must also include a completed and signed sworn declaration of compliance with the technical parameters of the offered performance (Appendix No. 5 ZD), which after completion for the purposes of the offer forms Annex No. 1 to the purchase contract, within which the manufacturer and the type of the offered object of performance will be accurately identified so that the object of performance is properly identified. (Note: the supplier documents only once as Annex No. 1 of the contract).
