- The scope of the public contract is the implementation of energy-saving measures in the client's buildings using the EPC method. The implementation of the measure will be financed using a grant from the National Environment Program, Challenge No. 12/2021. It is a complex public order including preparation, implementation and subsequent debtregular monitoring and evaluation of the results of implemented energy-saving measures (for a period of at least 12 years), whereby the supplier with whom the contract will be concluded will provide the contracting authority with contractual guarantees for achieving the contractually determined energy savings, for achieving a reduction in CO2 emissions and for achieving the expectedh economic benefits of the project. The supplier himself will propose specific energy-saving measures and include them in the EPC project, which he will then implement in the buildings. Part of this project is the implementation of so-called mandatory measures (including necessary construction works).
