Description: The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy consulting services for clients of the contracting authority.
The subject of the Public Procurement will be co-financed from the European Union Horizon 2020 program, the European Investment Bank Elena (European Local Energy Assistance). Public procurement outputs can be used for projects co-financed by the operational program of business and innovation for competitiveness, technology operational program and applications for competitiveness and other funding sources.
Contracting authority in accordance with Section 131 et seq. Range will conclude a framework agreement with three participants whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous in the procurement procedure. Public procurement on the basis of a framework agreement will take place without restoring the competition according to Section 134 of the Review, according to the so-called cascade principle.
