Description:
The subject of this order is construction work consisting in the construction modifications of two buildings. The contracting authority does not allow partial fulfillment (the order is not divided into parts). Maintenance these are structural modifications to the existing maintenance facility in the engineering plant complex in Olšovec. The main task was energy saving, namely insulation exterior cladding and roof, replacement of opening fillings (windows and doors). This prompted a number of structural modifications, mainly a new supporting structure of the roof (steel frame - columns, truss and purlins). Wall and ceiling insulation (the roof was designed with sandwich panels). The purpose of use does not change, the built-up area does does not increase. There is only a superstructure by increasing the ground clearance by 1,414m. Lathe - energy saving - these are structural modifications to the existing brick building of the Lathe in the area of the machine shops in Olšovec. The main task was to save energy, namely by insulating the perimeter shell and the ceiling-roof, replacing the fillings openings (windows and doors). This led to a number of structural modifications, mainly a new load-bearing steel structure of the roof, reinforced concrete crowns and superstructure. The insulation of the perimeter walls is designed with the ETICS system, 200mm thick EPS, and the roof is designed from 140mm thick sandwich panels. The purpose of use does not change, built-in the area does not increase. There is only a height unification of the counter roof in part of the building (for the superstructure by raising the level of the roof on the eastern side by 2m). In accordance with Article 3.4.13 PpVD, the contracting authority will provide the contractor with part of the construction work and related services and supplies from its own resources.
