- The project solves the reduction of the energy intensity of the operation of the elementary school and kindergarten Březova, Opava district, contributory organization and reduction of the amount of energy taken from the distribution network. The aim of the project is to install a new source for heating and renewable source for electricity production. By a source of heatThere will be 3 pcs of gas condensing boilers with an output of 3 x 60 kw = 180 kW for 50/30 C (3 x 55.2 = 165.6 kW for 80/60 C). Automatic operation of heat source, heating control, operating states, signaling, emergency conditions, etc. will ensure the superior control system - MAR. Will be installed furtherPhotovoltaic power plant with an output of 35.1 kWp and battery accumulation with installed capacity of 33.1 kWh, while the project is calculated with the useful capacity of accumulation, ie 29.79 kWh.
In the school rooms (class and retinue) there will be spatial sensors for measurement of CO2 levels.
ReconstructionSources of heat
The subject of the contract in Part 1 VZ is the reconstruction of the existing gas boiler room in the building of the elementary school and kindergarten in the township Březova. As part of the reconstruction, the existing gas colts and the boiler room technology will be dismantled and new gas suspension condensing boilers includingNew boiler room technologies (circulation pumps, control valves, fittings) and hot water preparations (TV). The reconstructed heat source will be connected to the existing heating systems in the building.
