(nature and quantity of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a work contract with a single supplier for the execution of construction modifications and installations in the existing building. The subject of construction modifications and installations is pexecution of complete works and supplies leading to energy savings on the current buildings of the Jelenovska mountain hotel. It involves the replacement of windows, insulation of roofs, insulation of buildings, implementation of new heating distribution systems incl. supply of heating technology, design of photovoltaic power plant, provrecuperation and new electrical installations.
