• Description:
• The contracting authority announces the launch of a public contract for construction work entitled Energy optimization of the Brtnice industrial building, awarded in the Design and Build mode. The subject of the contract is a complex design, preparation projects and subsequent implementation energy modernization of the building located on the premises of KARO Leather Company s.r.o. The contractor is responsible both for the processing of the complete stages of the project documentation necessary for the execution of the works, and for the actual execution of the construction works. The full body is not captured building permit or other permitting process, after the building permit will be taken by the contractor before building. The project is, in particular, the design and implementation of the building's technical systems, especially in the area of ​​heating, water heat treatment, interior and building structures, with the goal of energy efficiency of the object while preserving the way it is used.
