• Description:
• The purpose of the public contract is to modernize the key elements of gastrotechnology with regard to maximizing energy savings and operational efficiency. The goal is a modern catering operation with a primary emphasis on the efficient use of energy, which will be in accordance with current trends and legislative requirements. The subject of the public contract is the execution of work consisting of: a) supply and installation of gastrotechnology; b) execution of related construction works, which are necessary to ensure the functionality of the entire work; c) processing documentation of the actual implementation of the completed building (including the provision of a license for its use); d) deployment of measurements for the purpose of introducing energy management according to the methodology of the Environmental Operational Program 2021-2027 in the current version, and further training users from the point of view of operation and fulfillment of the energy parameters determined by the energy assessment during the sustainability of the project; - in accordance with the project documentation for the implementation of the construction, which is part of this tender documentation.
