- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the supply of endoscopic equipment for operating rooms, namely - 038, arthroscopic tower (1 pc) with accessories; and for the central operating theaters (COS) of the Šumperk a.s. Hospital, according togeneral specifications of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification and under the conditions stipulated in other annexes of this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase contract.
The subject of the public contract is the supply of endoscopic equipment for operating rooms, namely- 038, arthroscopytower (1 pc) with accessories; a- 085, endoscopic laparoscopic pump - irrigation - suction (1 pc) for the central operating rooms (COS) of the Šumperk a.s. Hospital, according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification and under the conditions set out in other annexes tthis is the tender documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement. - Documents :
