Description: The subject of this public contract is to conclude contracts for the provision of legal services in each part of its part with suppliers providing legal advice.
This procurement procedure is implemented in accordance with the provisions of Section 129 of the Public Procurement Act and is initiated by the notification of the initiation of the tendering procedure within the meaning of Section 212 of the Public Procurement Act.
The contracting authority divided the contract for 4 of the following part:
Part 1 vz: media law
Part 2 vz: The right of intellectual property
Part 3 vz: Other legal sectors (general legal agenda)
Part 4 VZ: Legal Advisory for CRO Council
Given the fact that the contracting profile of Czech Radio does not allow the implementation of the tendering procedure in the simplified regime (therefore it is stated on the contracting profile that it is an "open" procedure, although it is actually a proceedings pursuant to Section 129 of the Public Procurement Act), the contracting authority for Administration of offers to use your system Josephine.
