TITLE: Upgrade GIS for documentation of gas devices

Description: The subject of this public contract is to upgrade the GIS information system based on the ArcGIS platform from ESRI (hereinafter referred to as the "GIS Information System") from the existing version to the latest at the moment supported version of ArcGIS (versions of individual components will be defined by the contracting authority concept), its installation, implementation, possible adjustment of customer extension, including linking with other information systems or computer programs of the contracting authority, as well as migration of data from the current version of the GIS information system to the target version of the GIS information system. The upgrade will also include the Oracle upgrade database used for the ArcGIS version defined by the contracting authority during the processing of the technical concept.
