Description: The subject of the public contract is the delivery of the original, new, unexpected equipment for effective data analysis, which will fully meet all functional, technical, legislative and process requirements of the contracting authority according to the terms of the contract for efficient data analysis (Treaty no. 3a ) and Annex No. 7 ZD. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is to ensure the related service aid services under the terms of the contract to secure service HW and SW support (Treaty no. 3b).
Two separate contracts will be concluded to meet public procurement. However, the contract is not divided into parts, as mutual performance together form one functional unit and can only be supplied and provided only as one associated filling. Thus, both contracts for the performance of the subject contract will be closed with the same (winning) supplier.
