- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services, or stating the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the first part of the tender is to acquire four passenger cars with fully electric drive for the transport of employees of the contracting authority providing nursing services and personal assistance according to the Social Services Act (hereinafter referred to as " Subject of Purchase ").
The subject of the tender is to acquire four passenger vehicles and one vehicle with a larger storage (utility or personal) with a fully electric drive for the transport of employees of the contracting authority providing nursing services and personal assistance according to the Social Services Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”). The contract is in accordance with § 35 resp. Section 101 of the Act divided into two parts, namely to the delivery of four passenger vehicles (ie part 1) and the delivery of one vehicle with larger storage space (ie part 2) with fully electric drive for the transport of employees of the contracting authority providing nursing services and personal Assistance under the Social Services Act. The subject of purchase will be delivered to the headquarters.
