- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the implementation of the contracting authority's project entitled "AutoSAP - Support for the automotive industry 3". The main purpose of the services provided is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the employees of the members of the Automotive Industry Association.
Part 1: Soft and managerial skills
Specification of part 1:Soft and managerial skills
The client expects to train approximately 28,740 person-hours in courses with a maximum of 12 people per course. The sponsor reserves the right not to fill the course with the maximum number of participants. The supplier undertakes to implement the course already at min. number of 9 people. Due to the current siteat the time of the implementation of the courses, there may be slight deviations due to the absence of the employees involved (sickness, vacation, work trip, etc.).
Education will be implemented in the form of courses and seminars, which will be provided by the supplier of educational services, namely in the form of company courses. The subjectpublic contracts are also services consisting in the organizational provision of educational programs and the provision of education for selected target groups of the public contract.
Education will be implemented in the form of closed and open courses, the supplier is obliged to ensure the implementation of the requested courses in face-to-face form andonline.
The client requires that the content page of the individual courses be adapted to the work environment and needs of the automotive industry, and especially to the target groups according to the relevant level of management - from top management to specialists, foremen, to production operators.
