- The subject of the performance of the public contract within the framework of this procurement procedure is the supply of medical devices_6 pcs of battery-operated drilling and sawing systems for use in the operating theaters of the contracting authority. The subject of performance includes transport to the headquarters of the contracting authority, assembly - commissioning and execution of the necessaryear for commissioning in accordance with applicable legislation, operator briefing in accordance with applicable legislation - min. range 1 working day. The scope of the contract also includes the provision of a free quality guarantee and free performance of periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenancepossession and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for the entire warranty period.
