- Repairs of battery assemblies
Description of the order: The subject of this public order is the repair of battery assemblies for trams. As part of the filling, the supplier will, among other things, ensure the transport of battery assemblies from/to the filling place, disassembly of cells, washing of individual cells, rinsing (NiCd), replacement of electrolyte (NiCd), provcarrying out capacity tests, dividing the cells according to the percentage of capacity, or adding a new cell for stamped ones (replacement is required for each cell with a capacity of less than 60%), completing the entire battery assembly incl. jumper, disposal of stamped articles, repair of carriers incl. paint, preservation, assembly noalbeit according to the type of cell and battery assembly. Each delivery of battery assemblies will include a sales report on measurement and capacity test after repair, delivery note, transport of goods to the place of sale, mandatory identification of individual battery assemblies (date of overhaul, battery assembly capacity, possibly battery assembly numberie) listed on the carrier of the battery assembly from the front or side of the assembly.
