Description:
The subject of the public contract is the realization of a new elementary school building, including a connected gymnasium, in the area of the former T.G.M. barracks. in Pardubice. The elementary school building will contain 18 classes for 540 pupils. The realized building will reach the passive energy standard.
Construction specifications:
Construction of the school grounds consisting of the following main parts:
•School: a three-storey building with a capacity of 540 pupils, the total volume of the building is 37,914 m³, the supporting structure is designed as reinforced concrete monolithic;
2 gymnastic;
• Membrane pre-entry construction;

• specialist classrooms (language, ICT, art education, physics, chemistry, ENVI, robotics),
•school workshops and ceramic workshop,
• school club, school canteen, groups and fully equipped kitchen facilities,
•facilities for the teaching staff and school management, including the assembly room, secretariat, cabinets, library and archives,
• school canteen with catering (kitchen) including its own facilities.

Campus will be equipped with extensive outdoor improvements and infrastructure:
• roads and paved surfaces
•terrain and orchard improvements
