- Part 1 AV technology
The estimated value for Part 1- AV technology is CZK 13,829,407.01 excluding VAT
The subject of performance is the supply and installation of new and unused AV technology, described in detail in the itemized budget, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation "Appendix No. 2a Itemized budget - part 1" and vto the technical report, which forms Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation "Annex No. 7 Technical Report".
The contracting authority has funds for the implementation of part 1 AV technology, including a subsidy in the amount of CZK 13,829,407.01 excluding VAT. In the event that the current situation does not change in any way and the selected participant would use its tender chas exceeded the expected value, it is very likely that the contracting authority will be forced to proceed in accordance with § 127, paragraph 2 letter d) ZZVZ.
Part 2 Furniture
The estimated value for Part 2-Furniture is CZK 7,414,008.20 without VAT
The subject of performance is the delivery and installation of new and unused furniture, underdescribed in detail in the itemized budget, which forms Annex No. 2b of the tender documentation "Annexure No. 2b Itemized budget - part 2" and in the technical report, which forms Annexure No. 7 of the tender documentation "Annexure No. 7 Technical report".
The contracting authority has for the implementation of part 2 Furniture including cashsubsidy in the amount of CZK 7,414,008.20 excluding VAT. In the event that the current situation does not change in any way and the selected participant would exceed the expected value with its bid price, it is very likely that the contracting authority will be forced to proceed in accordance with § 127, paragraph 2 letter d) ZZVZ.
