• "Elementary and Kindergarten in Karolinka - building modifications" The main goal and purpose of the contract The subject of the public contract is the modernization and optimization of catering operations on the existing floor plan. The subject of the project is the modernization of the kitchen of Karolinka Primary School and Kindergarten. Within the project will primarily involve replacing the existing kitchen equipment with more modern and significantly less energy-intensive appliances used for preparing meals, as well as building modifications to the kitchen spaces (reconstruction of air conditioning and other construction modifications - partitions, paving, tiling, plinths, waterproofing, floors, water and electricity distribution). The principle of savings lies in the deployment of multifunctional technologies. A smaller number of pieces of modern cooking technology will ensure faster preparation and fundamentally higher energy efficiency. Construction and layout adjustments The affected premises will undergo a complete renovation including new surfaces and new distribution of all media. Dispositional changes solve the elimination of the shortcomings of the existing operation and the optimization of hygiene loops: ●Input and communication: Editing input to object (cancellation of ramp and inclined platform). Construction department of the brewhouse, creating a new handling corridor ensuring clean access to the office and to the tableware washroom. The transport of transport packaging and food carriers will therefore take place exclusively outside brewery premises. A new room (1.28) is set up for the delivery of food carriers. ●Storage and preparation of raw materials: Construction of two dry warehouses (non-food and food) and a shared cooling/freezing box.
