- • The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "VZ") is the supply and post -warranty service of 8 electrosurgical generators for the I. Surgical Clinic of the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").
• The subject of performance of the public contract is also defined by a binding proposal for the purchase contract that forms the attachment 2b of the Terms and Conditions and the Service Agreement, which forms Annex 2b of the Terms and Conditions.
