- The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in the field of cultural, sports and social development of the client's employees through an electronic online system also known as the "Cafeteria" (hereinafter referred to as the "Esystem") as part of the benefits provided by the employer (the client) throughof contributions from the fund of cultural and social needs, in accordance with applicable legal regulations (in particular with Act No. 218/2000 Coll., on budget rules and on the amendment of some related laws (budget rules) and Decree No. 114/2002 Coll., Decree Ministry of Finance on the cultural and social fundh needs, as amended), in the field of culture, sports, education, recreation and health (hereinafter referred to as the Decree on FKSP).
