- The subject of the public contract is the electronicization of management control processes consisting in the implementation of ESŘK and a uniform methodology for the performance of electronic management control according to § 16, paragraph 1 of Decree No. 416/2004 Coll., as amended, and its integration into the existing IT environment for contributory organization Septprovided by the Pilsen Region, including customer and methodical support, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Tender Documentation and its annexes, especially the technical conditions according to Annex No. 2 of the ZD and in the binding business and contractual conditions, which will be submitted as the text of the contract for the provision of services participationniche within its offer. ESŘK must meet the conditions set by Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control, as amended, implementing decree No. 416/2004 Coll., as amended, methodological instructions and opinions of the Central Harmonization Unit of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and must meet demandobligations arising from Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security, i.e. from Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on cyber security.
