• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is modernization in the form of expanding the functionality of the contracting authority's hospital information system (NIS). The goal is to increase the quality of care provided when using information technology and procedures in the field of healthcare, primarily by improving the way medical documentation is kept, enabling its interoperable exchange, sharing and safe storage. The project is focused on the implementation of modern technologies and systems for more effective and safer management of medical documentation. The goal is implement a comprehensive eHealth solution that includes electronic support for nursing documentation, electronic medication, structured documentation according to NCEZ standards and other key areas. The project also includes the extension of functionalities with telemedicine for better communication between doctors and patients. The result will be an increase in the quality of health care. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the appendices of this procurement documentation, in particular in the technical specification, which is Annex No. 6, and in the draft contract, which is Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation.
