Description of the order: The subject of this public order is the delivery and implementation of an electronic file service system. In practice, this means the introduction of records, marking, circulation, preparation, processing, signing and short- to medium-term storage ofelectronic documents delivered or created at the Veterinary University in Brno and their components, by functional connection to the information system of data boxes; e-mail address or employee e-mail clients, and then maintenance of the technical equipment on which the implemented predmet the fulfillment of this public order. The new file service must respect and fulfill all the requirements placed on similarly created and constructed systems according to the applicable legislation (e.g. data protection and storage, requirements for the protection of personal data, etc.) and must be the holder of a file service attestation, or bwithout substantial modifications to be able to achieve this attestation. It must also enable flexible adaptation of the system to any future legislative changes. The system of the electronic file service must be able to comply with all current and future legal requirements established for the area of ​​performance of the file service.note without VAT: 4,500,000.00
