The subject of this public contract is the delivery and implementation of an electronic file service system. In practice, this means the introduction of registration, marking, circulation, preparation, processing, signing and short- to medium-term storage of electronic documentsuments delivered or created at the Veterinary University in Brno and its components, by functional connection to the information system of data boxes; e-mail address or employee e-mail clients, as well as maintenance of the technical equipment on which the implemented object of performance will be operatedof this public contract. The new file service must respect and fulfill all requirements imposed on similarly created and constructed systems according to applicable legislation (e.g. data protection and storage, requirements for the protection of personal data, etc.) and must hold a file service attestation, or without substantialadjustments to be able to achieve this attestation. It must also enable flexible adaptation of the system to possible future legislative changes. - Documents :
