- The subject of this public order is the delivery and implementation of an electronic file service system. In practice, this means the introduction of registration, labeling, circulation, preparation, processing, signing and short- to medium-term storage of electronic documents delivered or created at the Veterinary Universityerzity in Brno and its components, by functional connection to the information system of data boxes; e-mail address or employee e-mail clients, as well as maintenance of the technical equipment on which the implemented object of this public contract will be operated. The new file service must respctate and fulfill all requirements imposed on similarly created and constructed systems according to applicable legislation (e.g. data protection and storage, personal data protection requirements, etc.) and must hold a file service attestation, or be able to achieve this attestation without substantial modifications. Must tooi enable flexible adaptation of the system to possible future legislative changes.
