- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this public order is the delivery and implementation of an electronic file service system. In practice, this means the introduction of records, marking, circulation, execution, processing, signing and short-termup to medium-term storage of electronic documents delivered or created at the Veterinary University in Brno and its components, by functional connection to the information system of data boxes; e-mail address or employee e-mail clients, as well as maintenance of technical equipment on which bude operated implemented subject of performance of this public order. The new file service must respect and fulfill all requirements imposed on similarly created and constructed systems according to applicable legislation (e.g. data protection and storage, personal data protection requirements, etc.) and must be the holder andfile service testing, or be able to achieve this attestation without substantial modifications. It must also enable flexible adaptation of the system to possible future legislative changes. The electronic file service system must be able to comply with all current and future legal requirements set for the districtast performance of file service.
