- The subject of the public contract is the supply of software, hardware and services and consists of the following main parts:
AMain components (SW)
A.1Document management system (hereinafter referred to as DMS) with support for the entire life cycle of documents (generally files) of the organization
A.2Above DMS electronic file service system (hereinafter also eSSL"), support of this operation and further development of eSSL, especially with regard to the requirements of the legislation and the specifics of the environment of the Chamber of Deputies
BNext components - hardware or software performing selected functions, (HW/SW)
B.1 Trusted data storage HW/SW
B.2Hardware security modules (HSM)
CSlugby
C.1implementation of all SW and HW components, especially DMS and eSSL
C.2migration of data to eSSL
C.3service and professional support of all delivery components
C.4appropriate training for delivered components and solutions for users and administrators.
Supplier will implement the public order as a project with an implementation groupthe Customer. The project will be managed according to project management standards.
