Description: Electricity supply in the form of central procurement for the City of Havlíčkův Brod and the city's contributory organizations established by it and business organizations with the city's property contribution.
The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity and associated services (hereinafter referred to as the supply) in the period from 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2023 and to the expected extent 2,156 MWh from the MV voltage level and 7,188 MWh from the LV voltage level and assumption of responsibility for deviation, including ensuring the distribution of electricity and system services to the consumption points of the contracting authority pursuant to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and the performance of state administration in energy sectors (Energy Act) as amended and in accordance with Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., On the Rules of the Electricity Market and other implementing decrees to this Act, as amended.
