Description: The subject of the public contract is a physical supply of electricity for the supply point of the contracting entity in the high voltage voltage level (hereinafter referred to as "VN") in the electricity supply agreement, including delegation of responsibility for the derogation to the supplier under Act No. 458/2000 Coll., O Conditions of business and the performance of state administration in energy sectors (Energy Act), as amended and within the meaning of Decree No. 408/2015 Coll., On the rules of electricity market, as amended, as amended, and other implementing decrees on the energy law.
The envisaged summary amounts for the entire time of the public contract is about 1135 MWh for 1 (one) supply point.
