Description of the contract: Supply of electricity in the form of central procurement for the City of Havlickův Brod and the city's contributory organizations and business organizations established with the city's property contribution. The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity and associated services (hereinafter only supply) in the period from 01.11.2021 to 31.10.2023 and in the expected range of 2156 MWh from HV voltage level and 7188 MWh from LV voltage level and taking responsibility for deviation including electricity distribution and system services to the collection points of the contracting authority according to Act c. 458/2000 Coll., On business conditions and the performance of state administration in the energy sectors (energy law), as amended and in the sense of the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office no. 408/2015 Coll., On the Rules of the Electricity Market and Other Implementing Regulations to this Act, as amended.
