Description: The subject of the public contract is the physical supply of electricity to the offtake points of the central contracting authority and individual entrusting contracting authorities in the regime of the contract on combined electricity supply services with transfer of responsibility for deviation in the sense of § 50 of Act No. 458/2000 Coll. as amended and Decree No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Rules of the Electricity Market, as amended, and other implementing decrees to the Energy Act (hereinafter also “supply”).
The subject of the public contract is also the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services.
