DESCRIPTION OF THE CASTE: Subject of this part VZ are electricity supplements for periods from 1. 1.2022 to 31. 12. 2022 for the client in quality according to the Energy Regulatory Urad (Dale "ERU") c. 540/2005 Coll., On the quality of the electricity supply and related services in the electroenergetion, in the plunge of late rules (dale such as "prospect c. 540/2005 Coll."), In anticipated ROCNIM quantities about 7300 MWh AS Tim Related Overview of electricity collection from Electricity Systems and Improvers Supplier's responsibility for the derogation of the contracting authority in the market operator within the meaning of Zakona c. 458/2000 Coll., On Completions Business and Make a Statitis Mandries in Energy Industries and Change Nectery Zones, in Lower Transcripts (Dale Take as "Energy Zakon") and ERU C. 408/2015 Coll., On the Rules of Electricity Market, Leagent Regulations (Dale Take as "Express C. 408/2015 Coll.").
