Description:
The subject of this small-scale general order (according to the VZMR) is the addition of goods for which the purpose of this VZMR is electricity consumption, as specified in the Draft Purchase Agreement, which is the subject of this VZMR. In addition, the supplier will be the implementation company as a whole in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract model of the draft purchase contract. A purchase contract will be concluded with the supplier who submitted the most suitable offer (according to the parameter of economic suitability if all the required conditions are met), with a term to be completed no later than 20 working days from the signing of the contract. Purchase price (offer price of the product) will include VAT and all costs associated with the delivered product. Under the offer, the supplier agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defence. The contracting authority does not accept the variant one.
