- Provision of public services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport in the territory of the Usti Region by electric traction vehicles (direct current 3 kV and at the same time alternating current 25 kV, 50 Hz) with overlaps in the territory of neighboring regions. Overlaps outside the territory of the Usti Region are given by ensuring the integrity of the offeredservices in the transport of passengers between important seats of the regions covering the needs of local regional transport demand.
The subject of the contract on public services in the transport of passengers is the provision of services on the lines: U1 Děčin - Usti nad Labem - Most - Chomutov - Kadaň suburbs (from 12/2024), U2 Chomutov -Klašterec nad Ohři - Karlovy Vary (in part from 12/2023, in part from 12/2024), U3 Děčin - Usti nad Labem - Litvinov (in part from 12/2023, in part from 12/2024), U32 Usti nad Labem - Mělnik - Lysa nad Labem, including parallel lines of rapid regional transport U51 Usti nad Labem - Most - Klašterec nad Ohři -Karlovy Vary and U54 Děčin - Usti nad Labem - Hněvice.
A contract for public services in the transport of passengers for the territory of the Usti Region will be concluded with the carrier. For the territory of the surrounding customers, it is assumed that special contracts will be concluded between the carrier and the relevant customer.
Performance according to the contract will beginon the first day of validity of the 2023/2024 timetable, for the above-mentioned services of the lines U1 Děčin - Usti nad Labem - Most - Chomutov - Kadaň suburbs, partially U3 Děčin - Usti nad Labem - Litvinov and partially U2 Chomutov - Klašterec nad Ohři - Karlovy Vary will begin performance on the first day of validity of the timetable 20... - Documents :
