Description:
The subject of the public contract is the obligation of the contractor to prepare properly, in time and appropriate quality all necessary surveys, technical feasibility study (TSP) related to thermal insulation and capacity of the attic space of buildings A, B, C and d Letenska 525/15, Prague 1, documentation for building permit (DSP) related to the reconstruction of the cladding and attic space of buildings of buildings A, B, C, D Penska 525/15, Prague 1 and part of the Vojanovy Sady park, including the provision of related engineering and documentation for Construction (PCB), including the complete information model of the building in the BIM method related to the reconstruction of the cladding and the attic space of the building A, B, C, D of the Letenska 525/15, Prague 1 and part of the Ohradni wall of the Vojanovy sady park (all the "work").
Work for the purposes of public contracts understands:
(a) the elaboration of the technical feasibility study (TSP), including all necessary surveys related to thermal insulation and capacity of the attic space of buildings of buildings A, B, C and D Penska 525/15, Prague 1.
